TWIN4CITIES is a Horizon Europe Innovation Action designed to support urban environments in their efficient planning and management, transforming them into vibrant, climate-neutral and resilient environments. The project will deliver an innovative suite of digital AI-based tools, with a city-wide Local Digital Twin at its core, to enable real-time monitoring and response, scenario generation and simulation, resource optimisation, insights, recommendations and enhanced decision-making.
By combining Artificial Intelligence, Local Digital Twins, XR technologies, cybersecurity, data analytics and participatory approaches, TWIN4CITIES helps cities monitor urban systems, simulate scenarios, optimise resources and support more transparent and inclusive decision-making.
